Engagement: VANDERPOOL and WILLIS

Sarah Ashley Willis and Harlan Craig Vanderpool announced their engagement and forthcoming wedding.
Sarah is the daughter of Dee and Steve Case of South Point and the late Jerry Willis. She is the granddaughter of Mary Sue and Ralph Patrick of Deering, Helen Bailey of South Point and the late Juanita and Manford Willis of Coal Grove.
Harlan is the son of Harlan and Cheryl Vanderpool of Plainfield, Ind. He is the grandson of Harlan and Leigh Vanderpool and the late Dorothy Vanderpool of Arkansas and James and Jacquelyn Morgan of Indiana.
Sarah graduated from Oakwood High School in 2002 and the University of Kentucky in 2006. She is employed at the Lexington Ice Arena as a skating coach. Harlan graduated from Plainfield High School in 1997 and Purdue University in 2002. Harlan is employed by Pearson Education as a project engineer.
The wedding will take place on March 5, at 7 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church, High Street, Lexington, Ky.
